SmartPressure™ MEMS Pressure Sensors

Well, I’m currently using an icm-20948 with a house calibration to improve sensor performance (accelerometer) and it works very well. On the other hand, we notice that it is affected when one presses on the sensor. A simple mechanical pressure on the sensor affects the calibration of the accelerometer. The sensor serves to do the motion analysis and must be inserted between the feet and the shoe so it is affected by the pressure. We tried to use the epoxy to reduce the impact of mechanical pressure on the accelerometer. We have a decrease but it is not enough.

Hardware and Software Details: Sensor: ICM42688P Microcontroller: nRF52840 SDK: nRF Connect SDK (NCS) v2.5.1 Use Case: The sensor is integrated into a helmet device that is intended to move during operation. Issue Description: We are experiencing an issue with the accelerometer values obtained from the ICM42688P sensor. After converting the raw data to acceleration values in m/s², the readings occasionally exceed the expected range of ±9.806 m/s² (gravitational force).

I am trying to use Ultrasonic Sensor Module B59110w2111w032. I have connected BSS138 (N-FET) for level shifting from 12V to my 3.3V system and viceversa. The pull up on Sensor side is 6.8K and connected to Drain , Gate is connected to 3.3V and Source is pulled with 10K to 3.3V on my board side. I found that after issuing first 100uS trigger pulse the IO line is not pulled to zero by the sensor. It remains at about 2V and so I am unable to detect the low edge on uC side.. Pl help with sugestions. Is anything missing from my side.

Hi all, I’m currently validating the accelerometer self-test results on the ICM-42688-P, and I’ve encountered an issue where the self-test response ratio falls outside the expected ±14% range after applying specific sensor configurations. Sensor Configuration ODR:200 kHz FSR:2g Accelerometer Filter:3rd-order Self-Test Validation Method: I’m following the MPU-6000 datasheet self-test approach, which uses factory-programmed OTP self-test codes to estimate the expected self-test delta. Here’s how I’m performing the calculation: 1.
